This site only gives information about vacations, destinations, and tourist attractions. This site is not for any other purposes. The information and pictures on the website regarding the services provided are true and to the best of our knowledge, however, we will not be held responsible in any way if the information, pictures or result are inaccurate or incomplete.

 

Your responsibility 

It is your responsibility to check the information on your booking upon receipt of booking confirmation and to verify that all the information is correct. Malaku Travel will not be held responsible for omissions or errors if not brought to our attention immediately.

Details to be checked if correct upon receiving your voucher are:

• Correct legal names

• Hotel information

• Tour details

• Dates

• Make sure you know what penalty conditions apply

• Call if you need additional information regarding your trip.

 

Documentation

Passports must be valid for 6 months past the return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. Passengers are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets.

 

Changes

We reserve the right to change the conditions to these terms as deemed necessary; however, we will notify you accordingly.

 

Payment

Your booking is only deemed confirmed and vouchered once the full payment has been received. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if the payment is not received by the payment due date.

 

Third Party

The provision of payment processing on this site may be outsourced to third-party providers, such that the terms of this agreement might change to match those of the outsourced service provider.

 

Cancellations and Amendments 

If your plans change during your trip, contact the travel agency or call the after-hours service for assistance. Additional charges may apply for any changes.

 

Booking Disclaimer

Please note that prices quoted are subject to change and are based on availability. All bookings are subject to the relevant supplier’s booking conditions. Any changes to bookings will be treated as cancellations and will incur cancellation charges, if within the penalty deadline. The only exception to this will be where additional rooms/beds/cots/nights are added to existing confirmed accommodation or nights.

 

General Disclaimer

Malaku Travel offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. Malaku Travel does not operate, control, or provide the services of the independent travel vendors, such that the agency shall not be held responsible for breach of contract of any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Malaku Travel will not be responsible for the damage, loss, injury caused to any traveler in connection with social or political unrest, terrorist activities, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent's control. The company will not pay any compensation if forced to cancel or change a booking in any way due to reasons beyond our control, which neither we nor the suppliers could foresee or avoid, such as natural disasters, war, etc.

 

Privacy Statement 

We use the contact information in order to book the required services, to send you details of that confirmation and if necessary to inform you of updates or changes to your travel plans. If we have trouble processing a request this contact information is used to get in touch with you. We will use your telephone number only if we need to contact you urgently or if you have made a mistake entering your details.

 

The financial information is used for billing purposes and to complete your orders. We do not pass details of your personal information to third parties except hotels and suppliers who will use your information in connection with your reservations made through us. Apart from this, we do not disclose your details to any other person without your consent unless there is an emergency that requires it or we are legally required to do so.
