With the pandemic on the rise and so many countries going on to lockdown, it is important to follow the safety protocols to try and control this pandemic. We are grateful for the scientists who have created the vaccines as this shines a ray of hope for the world to eventually get back to normalcy, though we do know a lot of things will not go back to the way they were.
The travel and hospitality industries have been hit the most, however, we are encouraged when we learn of the safety measures being taken by airlines and hotels to try and curb the spread of COVID-19. Many people around the world, myself included, have missed travelling, a lot. The safe-to-stay hotels being listed on the market make it possible for us to travel domestically, for those countries without a lockdown in place, provided that the safety precautions are applied by all.
When planning your next travel, ensure that you use an agent who is aware of the conditions for travel to the destination you wish to explore as not all destinations have the quarantine rule in place, provided you have done a PCR test and the results are negative prior to your travel.
A lot of places are following the strict protocols to ensure safety and we thank those in authority for their guidance. We are in this together and together we shall overcome. Travel will resume. Hope is there. All is not lost.
