Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services for corporate clients.

• Ensure travel itineraries align with company policies and client preferences.

• Provide timely and accurate information on travel options, costs, and logistics.

• Assist clients with travel-related inquiries, changes, and emergencies.

• Maintain client travel profiles and uphold confidentiality.

 

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Corporate Travel Agent or in a similar role within the travel industry.

• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations and requirements.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Proficiency in travel booking software and tools.

• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with ease.
